Your Business should provide both your ideal income

as well as the freedom to enjoy the money you earn.

The current economic climate has never been more challenging, which means that reassessing what and how your business is performing and finding new opportunities is essential. Remember, the definition of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result!”

In this session we will unpack what your Ideal Business should look like. Every Business Owner has a different perspective of what an Ideal Business should be. To qualify as “ideal”, a business needs to provide Income, Freedom and Scale. Consider having lots of income but no freedom to enjoy it, or plenty of freedom but low income which is far from ideal.

At the end of the session, you will have at least three actions that will significantly impact your bottom line, no matter how big or how small your business is. We will look at strategies to improve:

Promotion (sales & marketing)

People management (clients/customers, yourself & employees)
Financials (pricing & cashflow,etc)

The Business Planning Session will be presented by Alan Desselss, former President and CEO of Volvo Cars Japan. Alan has a wealth of experience and knowledge in helping businesses to realise their full potential.

To maximise and personalise the benefits for each participant attending, the session will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants. The Business Planning Session will be held on Tuesday 25th August from 08:30 to 10:30 at TEAM Body Corporate, 195 Weyba Road, Noosaville. The cost per participant is $50 for members and $75 for non-members.

This session is a MUST for all business owners no matter how big or small the business, so make sure you book your place early to avoid disappointment.
