After 12 years with the Department of Justice in Victoria, Jacqueline arrived in Noosa in 1996 with a Marriage Celebrants Authorisation and before long Noosa Heads Celebrant was a well established business.
By the early 2000s she had made connections with other wedding providers and together they established the Noosa Wedding Organisation.
