P1 Design and Developments provides a residential and commercial interior design service that strives to create aesthetically beautiful and functional living spaces. We are a multi-faceted studio that has been servicing clients for 23 years and specialise in conceptual design, short stay holiday accommodation; styling & furniture fit-outs, furniture packages for apartment fit-outs, renovating and then new builds.
Our philosophy is not to follow the market trends, but instead to be creative & adaptive to meet the clients needs and properties functions. These elements are creatively and successfully married together with the principles of solid and beautiful design.

SERVICES AND WORK UNDERTAKEN:
-Residential renovations: working with builders and owners to create a conceptual brief for the property, specify all materials, CAD drawings for joinery ect. and then project managing outcomes to end.
-Commercial bar design.
-Commercial foyer design.
-Commercial office reception design.
-Investment property refurbishment.
-Property styling for sale.
-AirBnB: Creating a conceptual design, procuring all furniture, window furnishings, art, laundry/kitchen-ware and installation of all.
-Furniture Packages: curated for hotels/motels, AirBnb fit-outs or a private residence.
-Furniture & Lighting Design: Bespoke items individually conceptually conceived, drawn and created for the space.
-Art Curation: wether it is an original piece to a reproduction, we find the perfect piece.
