FIREUP Coaching Founder Kathy McKenzie recognised when she returned from studying overseas in the early 2000s that there was no formal coaching education aligned to the Australian Qualifications Framework.

She saw the potential to develop a product that gave graduates of FIREUP Coaching Programs a National and International qualification. The reason FIREUP Coaching is a Coach Education Provider is that all the team recognise that every student that graduates from our programs is fulfilling our vision to create a world where everyone is encouraged to realise their individual strengths and potential.

FIRE UP Coaching became a Registered Training Organisation (22458) in 2010 for the purpose of ensuring high quality coach training and it is now a leading established provider of Accredited Coach training, Leadership development and Customised Organisational development programs.

Director Kathy McKenzie, and ICF MCC, designed and developed 2 unique qualifications in the Australian marketplace, the Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (NAT10714) and Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching (NAT10857). The Diploma has just been approved for reaccreditation from January 1st 2023 with updated units aligned to the updated ICF Core Competencies and a new national
