Highfield Care is an aged care provider based in Tewantin, delivering in-home care and Support at Home across Noosa Shire and the Sunshine Coast.

We help older people keep living safely in their own home, and we help families work out how to make that happen. That covers personal care such as showering and dressing, meals, housekeeping, transport to appointments, social connection, respite care so family carers can take a break, and dementia care at home.

Support at Home is the Australian Government's in-home aged care program that replaced Home Care Packages. We explain it in plain English: what it covers, how your funding is worked out, what happens at your assessment, and what it means day to day. If you are already on a Home Care Package and thinking about changing providers, we can talk you through transferring.

Wherever possible, the same, personally matched carer comes back each visit, because continuity is what makes care feel safe for our clients.
